Welcome to
Trees in Newcastle
Our Mission:
'Protecting, promoting and enhancing local native vegetation and supporting people with a passion for plants.'
Trees In Newcastle (TIN) is a community organisation with a 21 year history of biodiversity conservation in the lower Hunter Region. We specialise in growing and supplying local native plants, bush regeneration, volunteer engagement and environmental education.
From small beginnings in 1989, TIN has grown from a grass roots group to a thriving community organisation providing biodiversity conservation services in the Hunter Region of NSW.
TIN offers free advice and the use of its resource library to all interested members of the public.
