Our qualified Bush Regeneration crews are highly sought after for their expertise, skills and enthusiasm. However inspiring or difficult, our crew is passionate about their profession and love their work.

Trisha Barker – Bush Regeneration Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Horticultural Science; Certificate IV Conservation & Land Management; Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training; Chainsaw Cross-cutting Course; Construction OH&S Induction; Chemical Handling License; First Aid.

Trisha has over 17 years experience in the bush regeneration industry and has been with TIN since 2007. She has worked for agencies including the National Parks & Wildlife Service and the National Trust. She has taught Conservation and Land Management at TAFE and worked in Lismore, Bellingen, Dorrigo, North Entrance, the Central Coast, Port Stephens, and Barrington Tops. She had a stint in the foreign parks and gardens of West London, no doubt nurturing some of the weeds she’s been eliminating here!

Trish isn’t afraid of camping out for work or using a chainsaw when required.
